How to loose weight fast for any INDIAN - TOP 5 DIET TIPS
Tip no. 1 (Average weekly calories)
Keep in mind the average weekly calorie theory. So this basically means that a you kind of account for your calories on every day of the week. So seven days you have seven different sets of calories. Now the average of all these sets should be below your maintenance calorie level. Everyone has a maintenance calorie level . Mine is 2000 calories if my average weekly calories up below 2000 i will lose weight if the average weekly calories are above 2000 I'm going to put on weight so that's basically the core of weight loss or weight gain for any Indian.
So keep that in mind so a quick tip regarding this would be if you're having something unhealthy say on Sunday make sure that the next three or four days you eat healthy so that your average kind of comes lower. Healthy food generally means lower calories so just try bringing your average calorie intake low.
Tip no. 2 (Avoid sweet foods)
The next step and this is very crucial, at least till you reach your weight target avoid everything sweet. You just do this I promise you within a week or so you see massive changes. In India we tend to have a lot of aerated drinks or even something like Maaza or mangola. So I think just because it has a mango tag attached it doesn't make it healthy. It has a massive amount of liquid sugar and these liquid sugars are what holding you back. So if you have a habit of having something sweet after every meal or something sweet all the time every day that's a very wrong thing to do to your body sugars are not meant to be in your body.
Tip no. 3 (Dessert breakdown)
The next point and this is very important because a lot of Indians don't consider this. You need to keep in mind that any dessert Indian or European or anything always contains three things in the bundles- sugar obviously then the other two are a lot of Maida generally that's flour which is very unhealthy. It's just the simplest form of carbohydrate which is the easiest way to get fat and the third is a lot of butter i.e a lot of fat
Any Indian desert has a lot of ghee any European dessert has a lot of butter always. So we actually like desserts because of the excess made on a trans fat it's not the sugar rush that we're getting it if these comfort foods that make us like it. How to loose weight fast for an Indian
So every time you eat in the desert keep in mind that you're eating a lot of maida and a lot of fat and even these two aren't meant to be in your system for how to loose weight fast for an Indian
Tip no. 4 (Calories from healthy food)
The next point on how to loose weight fast for an Indian is very much India specific so you need to account for the calories from the so-called healthy foods. So that's fruit , dairy, nuts. Some fruits have very much high sugar content, so you're getting a bunch of calories from that and just because all your life you've been told that fruits are healthy doesn't mean you don't have to account for the calories from them.

Dairy now if you have full fat dairy that's a bunch of calories, so you need to account for calories from something like cheese which is very calorie dense or even whole milk. So just because it's healthy doesn't mean it fits in to your average weekly calorie intake keep that in mind.
Now nuts are a very good source of good fat and my experience just a fistful of nuts in a day is enough. A lot of people tend to go overboard you need to keep in mind the nuts have a very high fat content so unless you want to bulk up or something I mean it's not really necessary.
Tip no. 5 (Starchy vegetables)
The final point I want to make is also very India specific. Now in a lot of Indian households I mean we make sabzis or vegetable dishes from a corn or potato this is actually very wrong as an option for dinner because corn and potato and other starchy vegetables like peas, Arbi (colocasia), pumpkin a kind of full of carbohydrates.
Carbohydrates should be completely avoided after sunset if you actually want to get lean rather than making a sabzi out of starchy vegetables it's highly recommended that you make a subzi out of leafy vegetables. Leafy vegetable are high in protein, iron and it's just a much healthier option than all other ones given above to loose weight fast for an Indian.
